Scotty McCreery hangs out with Luke Bryan and Lauren Alaina on the set of “American Idol” while taping the 20th Anniversary Idol Reunion episode, which airs tomorrow night (Monday, May 2) on ABC at 8 PM ET (7 PM CT).
McCreery and Alaina reunited on the show to perform together for the first time on television in 11 years. McCreery won Season 10 in 2011 when he was 17 years old. Now 28 and married to his high school sweetheart Gabi for nearly 4 years, McCreery has achieved four consecutive No. 1 singles (“Five More Minutes,” “In Between,” “This is It,” and “You Time”) and currently has the fastest rising single of his career out with “Damn Strait.” The ACM and CMT Award winner has sold more than 4 million albums, including his current project Same Truck. The North Carolina native made his C2C Festival debut in London, Dublin, and Glasgow earlier this year before performing a sold out tour in Germany and the Netherlands. Now back in the U.S., the Triple Tigers recording artist is performing across the country including a stop at the iHeartCountry Festival in Austin, TX this Saturday (May 7).

Scotty McCreery and Lauren Alaina reunite for a duet performance on the 20th Anniversary Reunion episode of “American Idol,” which airs this Monday, May 2 on ABC at 8 PM ET (7 PM CT).
McCreery and Alaina are the headliners of the episode and they deliver the final performance of the night. Other past participants who returned for this episode for duet performances include: Ruben Studdard and Jordin Sparks; Kris Allen and David Cook; Grace Kinstler and Willie Spence; Laine Hardy and Lacy Kaye Booth; and Maddie Poppe and Caleb Lee Hutchinson.
