Not All 'Sappy Love Songs'

It's been a quick climb to the top for Scotty, and he's not stopping there! With the release of his newest music video "Water Tower Town", Scotty has let it slip that this isn't all to come in the next year.

Already, he has begun listening to new music and choosing songs that will fit his charismatic nature and country boy heart perfectly. Although no studio work has officially begun, he predicts recording should begin sometime this summer. 

Another predicition or rather promise to his fans is that it won't be all sappy love songs. He told Billboard, "I just want people to really see me this time. I don't want to get caught up in the sappy love songs; those are important, but I want them to get a feel for who I am as an artist and sing about real things in life. Hopefully we'll get that with the songs and have some fun with it as well."
